舌尖上的端午——冯氏油糕
端午节,远在千里之外的小冯从新疆回到河北老家,与家人共度佳节。一大早,小冯的妈妈准备炸油糕,这种代替粽子的北方糕点陪小冯度过了童年的每一个端午节。炸油糕所需要的食材很简单,仅仅依靠面粉和红糖就能烹饪出美味。烫面,和面,包糖,油炸,这四个步骤看似简单,却不易掌握。烫面的力道和油温是关键,小冯的妈妈靠着多年的经验才基本掌握了其中的窍门。经过一个小时的努力,这种外表焦红,外焦里嫩,口感嫩滑的糕点终于出锅了,每次油糕出锅,小冯都遵循传统,先要上给神灵上供。之后全家人才开始享用美味,油糕配以小米稀饭,简单的早餐,却包涵了圆满甜蜜的愿望!
