之前没有考虑过如何实现国际化，在这次的香港项目中，客户要求繁体切换简体功能，有了这篇文章。

快速入门

第一步：构建一个基础的Spring Boot应用

第二步：在pom.xml中引入依赖

第三步：创建应用主类

第四步：配置文件resources下新建文件夹

第五步：创建国际化配置文件，继承WebMvcConfigurationSupport

第六步：MessageSource类可以获取messages的内容。

第七步：前端调用HelloController.java

参数locale= en_US,返回英文
参数locale=zh_CN ,返回简体中文
