      The so-called industry transformation is to improve the efficiency of a link in the original industry, such as saving transaction costs, transforming the industrial chain, and de-intermediatio. The so-called industry substitution is to move things offline, such as newspapers, cinema tickets to online. We like to measure the industry substitution relationship by permeability, for example, 80% of moviegoers now buy tickets online. Industry innovation is to create new services or products, or discover new business models. For example, the first service of Didi is to call a taxi through App, which can be understood a substitute for traditional calling taxi. But the later services such as special cars can be understood as innovation.     

      所謂行業改造，就是改善原有行業里某個環節的效率，例如節省交易成本，改造產業鏈、去中介化。所謂行業替代，就是把諸如報紙、電影票等的綫下東西往綫上搬。替代關係我們喜歡用“滲透率”來衡量，比如現在80%看電影的人都是通過網絡購票的。產業創新就是創造新的服務或產品，或者發現新的商業模式。比如滴滴剛開始的服務，通過APP叫出租車，我們可以理解爲這是對傳統叫車的替代，但滴滴後來的專車服務又是一種行業創新。
