1.进入到tmp目录下，创建requirements.txt
vim requirements.txt
内容如下：

注意：如果是右键拷入，会出现文本首行丢失内容的情况。需要手动补齐。
然后:wq!保存退出。
2。在django虚拟环境下，安装第三方库列表：
pip3 install -r requirements.txt # 安装第三方库列表
3，安装mysqlclient
1）下载
https://pypi.org/project/mysqlclient/#files
2）解压
tar -xzvf mysqlclient-1.3.13.tar.gz
3）修改配置文件
cd mysqlclient-1.3.13
vim setup_posix.py
修改setup_posix.py下，mysql_config.path = "mysql_config" 改成 mysql_config.path = "/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql_config"，保存并退出：wq!
4）安装
python setup.py install
