I tried to get big picture of your trip, maybe it will be helpful to you. If I'm correct you have 4 full days in KRK and almost 2 days in Zakopane (Tatras).- I think that you might visit museums in the mornings / afternoons and we could spend some time in the evenings. One thing to check: usually museums are closed on Mondays
- As you arrive on Friday there is no problem with getting you from airport as there is Saturday to sleep :) so I'll pick you. I guess you will be tired and hungry so I can bring sandwiches and hot tea so you could just eat and go sleep in the hotel.
- You're leaving Friday too - what time exactly？
