每天胡吃海塞，时常想到禁食，但又做不到。今天，我们来聊聊国外流行的素食主义。
素食主义者(vagetarian)只是一个通称，其实西方把奉行素食主义的人分得很细。
Vegan (发音规则同"Regan"）-- 严格的素食主义者
Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish, or poultry.

Vegans, in addition to being vegetarian, do not use other animal products and by-products such as eggs,dairy products, honey, leather, fur, silk, wool, cosmetics, and soaps derived from animal products.
这类人不仅不吃肉，而且不吃任何动物制品，也不吃鸡蛋、牛奶等家畜家禽副产品。是最纯粹的真正的素食主义者。
Ovo-lacto vagetarian -- 不吃肉，但是吃鸡蛋和牛奶。

An ovo-lacto vegetarian (or lacto-ovo vegetarian) is a vegetarian who does not eat meat, but does consume some animal products such as eggs and dairy.
A typical ovo-lacto vegetarian diet can include fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, herbs,roots, fungi, milk, cheese, yogurt, kefir, and eggs.
3. Pescetarian- 不吃肉，但是吃鱼。
- a person who does noteat meat but does eat fish.

4. Omnivore -- 杂食者，杂食动物，啥都吃，来者不拒。
- an animal or person that eats a variety of food of both plant and animal origin.
其实，关于素食是否健康，科学并无定论。不过，下次你遇到一个自称素食主义者的歪果仁时，以上就是很好的谈资。
