I am really sure that many people know about the book,84 Charing Cross Road, because of the film Finding Mr. Right acted by Tangwei and Wu xiubo.
很多人知道《查令十字街84号》这本书都是因为汤唯和吴秀波主演的电影《北京遇上西雅图》。
This book was so highly regarded and called The Bible of book-lovers. It is written by Helene Hanff. There is no great love stories in the book, just combined with many many letters about trivial matters.
这本书所得的赞誉很高，被称为爱书人的圣经，书里没有轰轰烈烈，惊天地泣鬼神的爱情，有的只是很多繁杂琐事的书信集结。

Helene Hanff is an American poor writer who loved old book so much. The story began from she sent a letter to the second book store whose owner is Frank Doel.
海莲是一个挚爱古老书籍的美国穷作家。故事就从她寄给二手书店的老板法兰克先生的第一封信开始。
After that they kept writing to each other to talk about their views on love, life and society even the politics, georgraphy, economy and so on.

After a long time, the other five stuffs of the store also communicated with Helene by letters. They would deliver Christmas and birthday gift each other. Sometimes Helene even sent food which was short of in England for the world war two.
