· Programming in C, C++, C# and/or Java in Linux and/or Windows environment.

· Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills.
· Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业
2、熟练掌握Linux环境下的C/C++/Go/Python/Java/PHP等1至2种以上语言
3、熟悉高可用高并发的架构设计，了解微服务架构的技术挑战，并有对应的解决方案
4、扎实的技术基础，熟悉性能、可用性、伸缩性、扩展性、安全性、运维监控、集成发布等
5、熟悉PaaS设计理论，熟悉行业常见的架构方案
6、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，具备良好的服务意识，具有良好的团队沟通与协作能力
7、热爱编程，有较强的学习能力和抽象能力，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心 ，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术
（3）Openstack资深研发工程师/专家
岗位描述：
1、负责头条私有云解决方案的架构设计与开发工作；
2、根据产品需求，对私有云产品进行深度定制开发和优化；
3、优化openstack集群整体架构及性能。
岗位要求：
1、有openstack相关组件的二次开发经历，对Openstack架构和各个模块有深 入的理解，参与过架构设计及优化，或实现过类似产品需求；
2、熟悉虚拟化相关技术，对Linux虚拟化、KVM有比较深入的了解；
3、熟悉 Python，shell语言，有较强团队观念；
4、对分布式存储、文件系统有相对深入的理解，熟悉ceph,sheepdog,lvm等存储技术；
5、有过大规模云计算平台或私有云产品经验优先。
