第一步，创建一个临时文件夹，下载intel-opencl-icd 21.42.021270相关库

第二步， sha256 sums 校验

第三步，安装intel-opencl-icd 21.42.021270相关计算库
sudo dpkg -i *.deb
第四步，重启系统，然后运行print(core.available_devices)，可以找到GPU了。
