关于买房子的事情我有话说。

Jenny，你的工作态度是完美的，我很幸运认识你，你给了我很多很多帮助，非常感谢。

但是对于这个的房地产公司，我很不满意，买房子对每个家庭来说是很重要的事情，我们因为信任这个公司的质量和实力，所以选择了他们。

可是他们不讲信用，交工的日期一而再再而三推迟，我们的合同里面，对违约责任和违约金没有很多要求，是因为我们相信大公司信用，可是这份相信给我带来了很大的经济损失和精神负担。

两个多月租公寓，我花费了七千多美金，来回改签机票，我又损失了两千多美金，仅这两项，我买房子的成本就提高了一万美金。

我认为，延期交工，不只是天气原因，是因为房地产公司的工作安排有失误，我很不高兴。保证质量，按时交工是他们的责任，如果没有实力盖这么多房子，可以暂时少卖房子，无限期地拖延，然后损失由客户承担，这样的公司信誉太让人失望了。

Jenny，我想请你问一下律师，这样无限期推迟交工，我们有没有权利追究房地产公司的违约责任？

But for this real estate company, I am very discontent, buy a house for each family is a very important thing, we choose his accompany because we trust the company's quality and strength.

But they have no credibility, the date of delivery is delayed again and again, in our contract, there’s not many requirements of  liability for breach of contract, because we trust in large companies credit, but this trust bring me a lot of Large economic losses and mental burdens.

More than two months apartment rental, I spent more than $7000; change the flights back and forth, costs me more than $2000, just these two, made me buying the house increased the cost of $10000.

I think it is not just the weather caused the delays in the work of the real estate company. I am very unhappy. To ensure quality, and on time delivery is their responsibility, if there is no strength to cover so many houses, you can temporarily sell the house, indefinitely delay, and then the loss borne by the customer, and so the company credibility had disappointed me way too much.

Jenny, I would want you to ask a lawyer, such so indefinitely postponed the work, do we have the right to hold the real estate company's liability for breach of contract?
