At the end of today, I want to give myself applause: " hey you made it again! See, It wasn't that bad..."
Getting the courage to do the thing that I have been afraid of for a long time and that I am still in fear of is never easy. It has taken me several years to build up enough courage.
I am happy that I finally confronted my fear. And I realized once you face fear, it is actually not as dreadful as you thought it would be.
Another thing that I learned today is : A sense of achievement is the driver that keeps you interested and moving forward.
