学习||宁诺期末作业

    今天完成了宁诺的作业,我觉得我适合deadline跟儿赶作业,当然只是提交,不能看质量。宁诺的课程我去年学了,很认真的做笔记。今年各种事情,这个作业一拖再拖。看着今天要截止的日期,想着还是要赶一赶,不然自己有点不甘心。于是,八节课,之前完成了两节,昨天完成一节,今天完成了剩下的5节+最后的期末作业。

    完成之后,自己是挺开心的,唉,平时是出不来这效率的,总想着要认真学学,然后总是没有一定的时间,坐下来超认真学,然后,就没有然后了。

    好在是在最后时刻,把所有的任务都完成了。

    宁诺的作业

    1.Ways to cater for a variety of learning styles and multiple intelligences; ways to develop their autonomy.

    Students have different learning styles, visual, auditory and kinesthetic or both of them , all of them. So I often set some cooperating tasks , to make a big output task they need to work together, the group leader try to divide it into small tasks(if they don’t know how to do,I will help them.), the group members can choose the things they want to do.Before they do it ,I will tell them to develop their autonomy, for I will show their works in the school work board, and also show them online to make their parents ,friends see them. And using English is the best way to learn English,I also tell them some stories of people’s English learning, so most of them will try to develop their autonomy.

    2.ways to foster creativity

    Give students some homework that they needto use their creativity. such as, to learn new words ,I don’t make them just copy the words, I make them draw a mind map to clarify the words, or make them order the words in an order. And I also give them a homework “three sentences”,students use the three points of my class, it can be the language points or thethings they like or they think are important ,they use them to make sentences, they can make three sentences or make the points in a whole passage. Students can have more space to develop themselves.

    3.ways to create positive classroom dynamics

    Firstly, we should know students’ ZPD,  know what they know ,and where they can get to during the class. During the class ,we need to give them scaffolding, that what we can do .For example,I give them some chains of questions to help them understand the passage, it can help them develop the further thinking. I also show some pictures or questions to make a free talk, students can arouse what they know and learn from others, and then I will show them some other ideas about it.

    Give them some assessments on time, if they do well , not just answer the questions ,but do well in taking notes, listen carefully or have a good idea and so on ,I will give them thumb-up on time, will make them be positive.

    4.ways to use appropriate learning strategies

    Students have different levels, and they have different learning styles and intelligences, they can try to choose the way they like .Just try to achieve the goal. If they did it, just praise them.

    课时作业

    1. The way I give instructions to my students.

    In the class, I will show them the chain of questions to lead their further thinking. During their talking , I will ask them if they need my help and try to give them some scaffoldings. For some easy tasks, I will lead them to think out the solutions by themselves.

    After class, I will give them some group tasks. they should work together and cooperate with each other.

    2.The interaction ways in class

    Most of the time , I ask questions and they answer. They need to work in pairs when practice the new conversations. They work in group to make a big output task.

    During the comprehension of the passage, Iwill ask students to find out their questions, ask the others to answer.

    3.Method to encourage ss to reflect on the performance

    Have a class encouragement , you are the students who has the ability to reflect on your own performance. If some students did it , I will praise them in the class ,sometimes show the things they did well to their parents or in the wechat group.

    Have a process evaluation ,and show them the scores to make them see what they did ,what the others did ,and tell them the way to make progress.
