Teamwork: In my opinion, firstly, I must do my best on my own work. Then, I should trust my teammates and encourage them when they are in low spirit. So that we can get progress together and communicate with each other more efficiently. That would be good for the project.

Hardworking: I just take the last project in my graduate study for example. Our project schedule was very tight but the project is huge, so we have to work very hard. For example, I remember that we have worked 14 to 15 hours every day in 2 weeks, without weekend. For another example, when I worked as intern in ASB. In that 5 month, usually when the most stuff sit at home and watch TV but I have to work in the office until 10 o’clock at night, besides Christmas day. But I think hardworking makes me learning more.

Rejection: I have prepared such a long time for your company. If I am rejected by your company, I will feel not very well. I thought I was very suitable for this position, from both my major and my project experience. I also respect your decision if you insist. But I extremely want to join your company.

Career planning:

For my future 5 years, I would like to progress my technology ability. I will learn it deeply because I like this position, and I am confidence for that. Then, I may change my position to management or something else, nobody can always do the programming job for ever.

I will take about 10 years to progress my technology ability though the whole hardware and software system. After that, I will take my teacher’s advice. That is setting up my own company by my 10 years training. At least, I may change my position to management or something else, nobody can always do the programming job for ever.

Strength and Weakness：I am very self-confident in research and innovation. I always would like to stick to the end when I take over a task. My weakness is that I often feel nerves when I meet an important and long term prepared examination, which can make me feel not well and may affect my normal life. For example, I may think about that very often in my normal life.

Why do you apply for Unilever Management Trainee Program and why do you think you are suitable for the function applied?

Although it looks like my major has nothing to do with this position, but I just like your company. I have done very well in my university study, both in scores and in projects. I sincerely like to sell and I want more challenge in my future life.

I will choose what I am interested in and what I like to do in the future, just like market and sales. I will pay grate passion to that which will impact my colleague.
