世界上有很多东西值得探索，只有高效学习，才能够变得更加有时间
什么是高效学习？
能够在短时间内完成相应的任务
能够将学过的东西串联起来，形成知识网络
能够在完成目标的过程中变得开心
怎么样高效学习？
提前设定学习目标，并且根据目标设定相对应的学习计划。安排任务私聊，设定一定的休息时间
面对计划时，设立相关时间线，让自己在限定时间前完成，并且建立任务完成仪式感
借助思维导图等工具，将知识点串联，形成知识网络，并且能够形成相应的学习流程。
大家好，我是裴，今天的话题是高效学习，我将从以下三个方面来聊一聊，为什么我们需要提升学习效率，什么是高效学习，怎样达到高效学习的状态。
Hello everyone, this is pei, today's topic is about how to study efficiency. I will talk about this topic from three aspects, like why should we improve the study efficiency, what is study efficiency, how to achieve the situation of study efficiency.
First of all, why should we improve study efficiency, there are three reasons I want to share, first, the time everyone owns is limited.we should cherish the time we own, if we waste too much time doing something meaningless, we will spend more time to regret it. second, we respect too much information every day, if we cannot neaten them, we will be caught in the information mess .therefore, we should try to establish our knowledge system.
The information we get from the internet can not become the knowledge, we should smash the information into some fragmented points, they can make the points into the scope of knowledge, finally, we can make the scope od knowledge into knowledge hierarchy.
Not only we should spend time on getting knowledge but should we try to explore something interesting, such as travel, chat with friends, eat some delicious food .so, we should spend less on learn new things and spend more time to do something we like.
Second, I want to talk about what is study efficiency, for example, we can finish our learning task in a short time, we can connect the knowledge we get from the internet with others into a systerm.we can be happy when we are executing learning task.
Third, I will talk about the way to improve study efficiency, everyone will have their unique learning methods, probably the method I raised in this speech is not suitable for you, but it is suitable for me during this time.
First,we should make some task list for our study task, if we do not prepare for the task, we do not know what we should do in the next step..therefore , we should make detailed plans for our study very carefully..of course ,when we are arranging for it ,we should arrange some resting time. alternate work with rest will make us happier.
If we do not set some limit time, we do not know when should we finish the task, therefore, when we are making the task list, we can set a clear timeline. when we finished the task, we can give ourself some award, like a new book, a journey, etc.
When we want to turn fragmented information into knowledge systems, we can use some useful learning tools like mindmap,marginnote, MindManager and so on. sometimes, if we can use some ordinary to the extreme situation, we will get some unexpected result.
That is all about study efficiency, time is limited, we should improve the efficiency of learning everything is new to us, and we will have chance to cherish time and experience more interesting thing .if we only hear the method and do not execute it, it is useless.
