今天有点混乱,不小心又被一堆事情打乱了节奏。
导致一天都有点着急、烦躁。
再重复一下标准工作流程:
梳理所有待办,列出最重要的三件事,并分配足够时间和精力推进。
拆分复杂任务。
打开番茄钟,每个番茄钟为不可打扰时间,确保一时一事。
突发任务尽量记入待办。
张弛有度,心静如水
生活
最近坚持推进简书日记,不错。
但每天写完都很晚,早上起不来,恶性循环。
最好就是早上写,改为晨间日记。
于是又跟媳妇做了个伟大的约定,早上6点起床,6点5分不起床则罚款100红包。
