"OMG, such an awkward blood spot on my dress!" Yesterday morning, when I finished my writing in the office, I suddenly found that. My monthly-bleeding has come with silence.
"Should I come back to change the dirty dress?" If I go back home and return the office, it takes me totally 30 mins. The distance is not so far, but is it worthy to take time just for replacing a dress? In our office, we 5 staff are all women except the man boss. And I estimated that I didn't need to go out for the business and no clients would come to visit us. We staff just need to go out for the dinner in the evening at the nearby building. Quickly considering all the situations, I determined to forget about the spot on my dress.
Except my colleagues and myself, I guessed few of the people noticed the spot on my dress. Sometimes it is just a choice whether we focus on the trifle things or focus on the things which could bring you more value. We need to concern a lot on the " Value output ratio per unit of time (单位时间价值产出比）"
My boss started to run his business since last year. It took him a lot of time and energy to set up 3 business lines. Though as busy as he has been, he is the one who always takes the priority for the things which could bring best value. He was working on a challenging training program A since last year. He has forseen that it needs to take time to develop the customers, to connect with the professors. And it also takes him a lot of energy to make the proposals because he needs to face to high-level managements for the big companies. He realized that it would bring him more values for that program, so he focused more on the program A and he delegated me to help handle the program B. 5 months after his working on the customer development, now he has attracted a number of CXOs to discuss on his program A and 1 or 2 deals would be closed in the coming May or June.
To focus on your own great value and your key competence, you could earn more benefits at the same timeline. If you really focus on your target, do not let the trifle things mess up your rhythms!
