Android 内容可滑动TextView嵌套NestedScr

问题描述：NestedScrollView中嵌套设置了maxLines的TextView的内容超指定行数后滑动冲突。

• 具体实现主要在TextView对滑动事件的处理

 tvContent.setMovementMethod(ScrollingMovementMethod.getInstance());
 tvContent.setOnTouchListener(new ScrollingTextViewTouchListener());

ScrollingTextViewTouchListener，代码如下：
