2.建立相关的java替代xml配置
a.新建一个WebAppIntializer类,对应的是web.xml文件
新建一个webAppIntializer类继承AbstractAnnotationConfigDispatcherServletInitializer,容器在启动时会自动扫描是否有类继承了这个抽象类,如果有则用它来配置servlet容器。
