英语读后续写的讲解步骤

二模读后续写

所谓读后续写，就是先读懂文章，然后根据问题故事的人物，情节以及提示句进行续写。所以第一步要读懂文章，掌握文章大意。

掌握文章大意，从who, what, where, when这几个方面进行总结。

Peter accidentally help to save a injured boy named Cliff on his way to Mr. Tom’s home to ask him to help treat his little sister.

然后，根据提示句，从动作和感受两方面每个段落提出三个问题。其中特别注意第一段末尾和第二段段首之间的衔接。

Para. 1 Mr. Tom nodded and led the lady to her son.

Q1. What’s the lady’s reaction when she saw her son?

Q2. What did the Lady do next ?

Q3. What did Peter do after the event.

Para. 2

Q1. Where did the joyful scream come from?

组织好，文章的故事发展脉络之后，就开始遣词造句了。当然，这需要平时的积累。我平时积累下来的句型有以下：

1. 连词+从句，主句

2. What 引导的主语从句

3.主句，which 引导定从

4.ving/ved/to do 非谓语，主句

5. With 的复合结构，主句

6.not only， but also ，

7. So…that

8. 强调句

9.倒装句

10. It 作形式主语

11. V1 v2 and v3

另外，根据故事发展的八步法，也有几个句型可以借鉴：

1. A wave of  … swept over …

2. Adj. and adj., 主句

3. After what seemed…, 主句

4. It suddenly dawned on sb. that…

5. It is through this experience that we learnt …

一切准备好之后，就可以动手写了：

Mr. Tom nodded and led the lady to her son. Seeing her boy safe and sound, she rushed to hugged her son tightly. Relived and grateful, she walked up to Mr. Tom, extending her gratitude for saving her son. “It was the kind boy who sent your son here. Without the boy, I wouldn’t have save your son.” Mr. Tom explained. Then Tom introduced Peter to the lady, who is a well-known doctor in a big city, also mentioned the reason why Peter came here. It suddenly dawned on the lady that what she could do for the warm-hearted boy. After saying goodbye to Mr. Tom and the lady, Peter returned home.

When he went downstairs, he found that the scream was from his parents because they had just received a call from a hospital, saying that his little sister could be treated there and most importantly it was free of charge. During the treatment, the famous doctor paid a visit to the little girl. Only then did Peter know who paid for the medical bills. After what seemed two months, his little sister recovered. It was through this story that we learn that helping others is helping ourselves.
