All drinks are not created equal. The two most concerned is sugar and caffeine. Caffeine can make you jittery, and less alert, also headaches. Sugar is unhealthy and can add you some more weight. Energy drinks also contains lots of sugar too, get energy fruit from fruit instead. Drinks should be for hydraintion, you even have to limt juice and sportsdrinks. Kids should drink low fat milk, seltzer, club soda and water.
