Bright and early

If you get up “bright and early”, you get up very early in the morning.
“bright and early”起床,意思是早上起得很早。
Example: I like to get up bright and early every day on holiday so I can go for a swim before breakfast.

Fair and square

If something such as a game or decision is “fair and square”, it’s honest and fair.
