Mastery of the information is the vital precondition of a good presentation

        1. "iceberg" --- the presentation is the tip --- sound authoritative during the presentation

        2. be able to explain all concepts

        3. be able to answer questions first (summarize the main points)

Practice

        1. need to stand up and read aloud [X sit and read silently]

        2. try not to read off the note cards / script; make eye contacts

        3. fall silent between sentences, instead of you know

        4. hand gestures --- only hand gestures to make a point

            but don't be paralyzed by the self-consciousness
