作为一家颇有影响力的公共机构（institution），BBC时常出现在外刊媒体中。

当然，其中评论的立场褒贬不一。但是，呼吁其改革或变化之声一直不绝。

老夏考研“每日一题”选自《卫报》，原文文章标题为“BBC:a broadcaster, not a welfare agency”（BBC:广播公司，而非福利机构）。
