    what’s your favorite sport ?

    It's not intelligence but physical strength that allows you to go further in your life ;

    No matter you have big dream ,the most important is have good body to fight the life ,and you will have more confidence to future ,to yourself ,

    To talking my favorite sport is jogging ,especially when you listening music ,Run a few laps on the field.and swimming ,play badminton ,go to gym ,doing yoga etc ;

    Because when you doing sport ,you can feel the obvious change of your body and your mind ,Discharge the toxins from the body; If you insist on doing sports, you will meet people who have the same interests as you like ;  If you insist on doing sports’ it can help you cultivate good habits ; If you insist on doing sports’,can make you feel more less stress to face life with confidence status ;and you can keep balance on work and life ; If you insist on doing sports, you must be the one who are optimistic ,organic and energetic ;

    In our daily life we always can see those sport ,we can separate in two ways , indoor and outdoor ,

    Outdoor ,normally is barbecue ,fishing ,skating ,climbing ,biking etc;

    Indoor , normally is gym ,yoga ,dancing ,Jump rope, hula hoop etc;

    In addition have other extremely sport ,Longboards, skateboards, extreme bikes, rock climbing, snowboarding, aerial surfing, etc.

    Extreme sports, especially popular in European countries, can train people's guts and can experience different sports;

    What do you think about extreme sports?

    Personally, I do not recommend extreme sports. Some countries even think that extreme sports should be banned. I agree on that ;

    Firstly, extreme sports are very dangerous. They are all directly related to personal safety;

    Secondly, because extreme sports are generally challenging the limits of people, seeking breakthroughs, such as extreme cycling, on very steep, very narrow roads, and high mountains, coming from above, failing or failing; It is a very high climb. To the top of some famous buildings, to take pictures and record videos, these are all very bad model effects.

    How do you choose between extreme sports and free exercise?

    If it is me, I will choose to set an example for individuals, families, society, and people who love sports.

    Encourage everyone to do sports, but not extreme sports. It is good for the body and beneficial to the people around them.

    我喜欢的运动

    说到我喜欢的运动,我最喜欢慢跑,尤其是边听音乐边慢跑;还有游泳,打羽毛球,健身,瑜伽等运动;

    为什么喜欢

    因为运动除了给你一个好身体之外,还有就是就是健身后的大汗淋漓,精神气爽。把身体里面的毒素都排出来; 坚持做运动你会遇到和你有相同兴趣的人,结交更多的新朋友; 坚持运动可以锻炼你的意志力,培养好的习惯;坚持运动可以让你有轻松自信的心态来面对生活,处理好工作和生活的事;坚持运动的人,大多数都是乐观,积极向上的。

    有哪些运动

    运动可以简单分为,户外与户内;

    户外一般都是野炊,钓鱼,滑冰,爬山,骑车等;

    户内的话有,健身,瑜伽,跳舞,跳绳,呼啦圈等;

    还有一种就是极限运动,长板、滑板、极限单车、攀岩、雪板、空中冲浪等。

    极限运动,尤其在欧洲国家特别流行,可以锻炼人的胆量,可以体验不同的运动;

    关于极限运动你如何看待?

    个人来说,我不是很推荐极限运动,有的国家甚至认为极限运动应该被禁止,我是赞同的;

    第一,极限运动非常危险,都是直接关乎到个人生命安全;

    第二,由于极限运动一般都是挑战人的极限,寻求突破,比如,极限单车,在非常陡,非常窄的路,和很高的山,从上面下来,一失败,就是没命了;还有就是爬的很高,到某些著名的大厦的顶部,在上面拍照,录视频,这些都是起到很不好的模范效应;

    极限运动和自由运动你如何选择?

    如果是我,我会选择做对个人,对家庭,对社会,对于这类爱运动的人群,树立起榜样;

    鼓励大家去做运动,但不是极限运动,是对身体有益,对周围的人有益的运动,并坚持下去;
