Me: Morning . :) I want to sell my ring, do you think if the local jewelry store people will tell me how much my ring worth by free of charge?

He: Yeah. You could give it to me, and I will find out what we can get for it. Do you have any idea how much it’s worth?

Me: Grandma once said it’s was $2500, I doubt with it. Something over $1000 maybe. Age is about 30years. It is the prettiest ring I have seen though, ah I didn’t see many rings anyway :D.

Next year we all move out, I don’t know how things will go with kids grandma. She is not nice to me recently in general but there is debt I think I need pay. If she one day ends up with a crappy place alone, I probably send her money every month. I will not tell no one where the money comes from, especially her and her son.

He: What do you mean next year you all move out?

Me: The bank will post this house so everyone has to move out.

He: I see. Don’t worry too much, I promise you will always have a place to live. If you absolutely need, you can come over by me with the kids Until we figure something else out.

When is the deadline? When do you have to be out? Do you have a specific date?

Me: I wasn’t talking about me.

No I don’t. I was told we probably have a year since last payment, so if the last payment was made in April (April my Dad lost his job), the deadline would be April.

He: What do you mean you weren’t talking about you?

Me: I asked my Dad if the bank gave any notice yet, his answer sounded like not yet (he said don’t worry about it).

I was talking about kids Grandma. She won’t have a place to go, she and kids grandpa have been fighting for decade, these months are much worse.

Have I told you that they actually got divorced before I and kids father. That time they were fine but they could not afford her going to see a cancer doctor.

The ring was Grandma’s, from her first husband, she gave to kids father, then  he gave it to me. He will just use the ring to trick girls around, I want to sell the ring for good.

He: Ouch. That’s rough. I understand why you’re doing what you’re doing though. Again, I have a car, so I could drive around and get quotes.

Me: Until then I might have my own car, I could visit her to give her the money by myself or buy her groceries. It sounds cruel but I don’t want to take her with me, I really don’t know how to deal with her especially when she is in bad shape. I just want to save the ring money for any urgent use for her. Which I think this is the right thing to do.

He: I understand how you feel, but you have to watch out for you, and your children. It is cold to say, but she would hold you down.

Me: I haven’t seen kids father to give any money to her, plus later he might have a tough life too, I don’t think he would be able to help or wants to help.

I think my Dad has done his best to support her, though he does have many problems but her attitude most of time is very irritating. So I really don’t know if he will take her or she will go with him.

Just explain things go on here. Don’t mean to show you how much mess it is.
