FOOD

Hello, everybody.  I am Lin.

This week our English subject is FOOD.  I like food ,especially delicious food: Delicious ice cream , fresh vegetable salad, sweet fruits and  Mom's  cooking.  Mother's food is  always so  delicious!  I like this taste.  I can eat a lot ,  it is luck i am still slim.

"FOOD" -this English word made me  think of a Chinese family name "范".  This is a joke.  An American borned Chinese kid  received a telephone  call from his father's  friend.  The Chinese man told  the boy  he was Mr  FAN.  The boy didn't know  Chinese very well, so he told his father that the man named "rice".  The name "FAN"is sounds like the word "rice"--"饭".

That  was a funny  story.  A more hilarious situation is that  i have stuided English for more than ten years but I can't  speak well.  It is important for  useing English.   For example Steven can speak Chinese well ,also he can write  and read Chinese.  So we  should  use English well.  Just  speaking more and more .
