ICGC-肝癌数据集总览，从中可以看出LIHC-US,LICA-FR,LIRI-JP数据集有基因表达的测序结果。

LIRI-JP的基因表达量表格，本想把所有样本弄成基因表达矩阵形式，但好像不规则。注意看清楚归一化的算法是什么，像LIRI-JP写的是FKPM。

注意区分出donor,specimen,sample等的概念

LICA-FR仅有6个有OS值，LIRI-JP应该没有OS的记录。

GSE84402，STAT3-mediated upregulation of lncRNA HOXD-AS1 as a ceRNA facilitates liver cancer metastasis by regulating SOX4，Mol Cancer. 2017。样本介绍：Total RNA from 14 pairs hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and correponding non-cancerous tissues were isolated and purified。芯片表达结果。好像没有OS信息。

GSE62232，Exome sequencing of hepatocellular carcinomas identifies new mutational signatures and potential therapeutic targets，Nat Genet. 2015。HCC liver tumors corresponding to 81 patients. 芯片表达结果，没有OS信息。
