作者推荐了时间量化管理app：Toggl （我也下载了，比较不方便的是，有些需要在电脑上设置，苹果只有英文版的，不顾的确很明晰，整个时间安排，有点像 aTimeLogger ，其实自己感觉aTimeLogger更好用，不过需要收费）
