To [boot into recovery mode] restart your Mac and hold Command+R as it boots. You’ll enter the recovery environment. Click the “Utilities” menu and select “Terminal” to open a terminal window.

重启电脑 按住 Command +R 点击 Utilities 选择 Terminal :
查看权限状态：
csrutil status
关闭：
csrutil disable
打开：
csrutil enable
