我司App【东家】是个匠人电商平台，15年4月份上架，一直没啥问题。但是3月初，新版本提交审核被拒，并把我们老版本下架。
给的原因是：

Your app sells products from third-party retailer, however, the seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the retailer in the app or its metadata, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.
Next Steps
Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the retailer. If you have developed these apps on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.
Once created, you cannot change your seller name or company name in iTunes Connect. For assistance with changing your company name or seller name, you will need to contact iTunes Connect through the Contact Us page.
对此我们非常崩溃，之前审核都没有问题我们新版本只改了一些牵涉到功能的代码和App相关介绍。审核不过还下架老版本影响更大，因为当时我们运营正在举行一个翡翠原石切割直播的活动，对我们新用户获取造成了很大影响。
先搜了一会儿，没有明确的解决方案，但是隐约觉得是那几个原因：
1. 开发者账号不是企业邮箱注册；
2. 开发者账号和和企业认证域名不一致；
3. APP名称和公司名称差很多。
我们给苹果打了电话，他们就是话术“我们也无能为力，但是可以走我们正常申诉流程”，也没有了解到更多信息，比如解决方式之类的。
于是只能默默在后台走正常流程。感觉英文说不明白（水平不行），直接用的是中文，第二个工作日就过审成功啦。
具体是：
1. 说明App在App Store更新了几十个版本，一直以App Store为主市场；
2. 提供后台登陆邮箱的域名和官网域名（技术支持网站）都是属于我司的截图；
3. 提供APP名称【东家】的商标注册书；
4. 提供我司关于【东家app】的软件著作权；
5. 提供我司和匠人（也是商家）的合同首页和末页（盖章页）；
6. 告知我们正在进行大型活动，下架对我们造成了严重影响。
总之，说明白app就是公司产品就行。希望对大家有所帮助。
另外，今天我司app因为热更新的问题又收到了违反政策通知……
“Please perform an in-depth review of your app and remove any code, frameworks, or SDKs that fall in line with the functionality described above before submitting the next update for your app for review.”
不说了，我去哭哭一会儿。
