练习材料：Dan Robinson has been worried all week. Last Tuesday he received a letter from the local police. In the letter he was asked to call at the station. Dan wondered why he was wanted by the police, but he went to the station yesterday and now he is not worried any more. At the station, he was told by a smiling policeman that his bicycle had been found. Five days ago, the policeman told him, the bicycle was picked up in a small village four hundred miles away. It is now being sent to his home by train. Dan was most surprised when he heard the news. He was amused too, because he never expected the bicycle to be found. It was stolen twenty years ago when Dan was a boy of fifteen!

练习感悟：写复盘真的很有用。把自身想象成电脑程序，不断的发现bug，修改程序，不断地自我迭代，越来越好。
坚持这件事到后面就成了习惯，是不需要问意义，像吃饭睡觉一样需要正常完成的事。也不会去问为什么，觉得没有意义浪费时间，因为这就是我的日常。虽然有时候也会担心，自己出去旅游或者太忙的时候会不会忘记，不过只能相信未来的自己，做好当下每一天就是未来的底气。坚持下去会给我答案。
