Actually, getting a good and enough sleep is critical to everyone  especially to female.

People always say that I need a beauty sleep even though you're always beautiful.

So, what's the beauty sleep?  

A beauty sleep helps you look well. You'll be prettier after a good sleep.

How to get a beauty sleep?

Go to bed as early as you can, not later than 22 p.m.

Do some light reading instead of using smart phone. Make sure it's a hard copy.

Don't drink too much water or fluids. Drinking too much water will impact sleep quality. 

Excess fluids will make you wake up in the middle of night to go to the bathroom, disturbing your sleep cycle.

You'll toss and turn all night. It's really terrible.
