    -- Oh, Hello, Freda, me too! Everything'sjust OK, and I like my campus life anyhow. Then, how about you?

    -- Tough luch, you know, I was laid off last month. Huh, just think of that!

    -- Oh, the pity of it! But let's not go into it now. Why not go into the cafe next-door to have a nice chat then minutes later?

    72. -- Oh, my Gosh, it's you, Jennifer! I'm very delighted to see you here on the street. So long, no see! How's everything going?

    -- Oh,Hi, Susie, likewise. Yeah, it's round about over half a year, I guess. I'm reasonably good. And how're you doing?

    -- Great, but I have to be preoccupied with our office routine. That's life, anyway.

    -- Yeah, I can't agree more.
    73. -- Aha, Mike! What a surprise! You look really smart and cool. How have you been?

    -- Vow, Buddy! Yeah, it's a pleasant surprise! Thank you. I'm pretty good. And how's everything getting along with you?

    -- Terrific, I think, for I've just landed a job in a German software busines called SAP. What's new in your life and work this year?

    -- Ho, congratulations! But, nothing new in mine. The same as last, I'd say. pal, I just knowced off work, and believe me, I'm so hungry that I can eat a horse now.

    -- Oh, I can understand. I'd better let you go get some dinner right now.

    -- Thank you. Maybe we can get together some other time.

    74. -- Hello, Sir. Fancy meeting you!

    -- Hi, Miss, pleasure's mine. And how're you?

    -- Not so desirable, I'm afraid. As an air-hostess, I've been grounded for two weeks. I'm really sorry about it.

    -- Oh, I can understand you completely. But, you'll be set free in 2 weeks, anyway.

    -- Yeah, I hope so.

    75.-- Hi, welcome to our college! I'm a secretary, and just call me Lily. How're you?

    -- Oh, Hello, thank you! Delighted to see you! I'm pretty well, and how're you doing? I'm John Smith from Stanford University. I expect to meet your dean.

    -- Oh, pleased to meet you, too! I'm quite Okay. Uh, our dean is waiting for you in his office. This way, please.

    76.-- Good morning, Dean, this is John Smith fromj Stanford University. Mr. Smith, this is our dean.

    -- Oh, Hi, very nice to see you! Just come on in, and be seated, please. How's your journey?

    -- Oh, Hello, likewise! Everything's great! Many thanks.

    -- Well, you're welcome.

    77. -- Hello, nice to see you, Um, what are you doing here in SJTU, if I may ask?

    -- Oh, Hi, me, too. I'm a undergraduate on Min Hang campus, majoring in computer science and technology. Then, wha't your profession?

    -- Ah, I'm a visiting scholar from Stanford University, specializing in computer science, too. Have you ever thought of going to the states for your post graduate educatioin?

    -- Oh, sure! Actually, I've been thinking of going to Stanford University for my further study for years. It's really great to meet you today! I hope you don't mind my asking, could you possibly be my supervisor?

    -- Sure, that's out of question. I'd very much like to. I'll be expecting to see you in America.

    -- Oh, great! Thank you very much indeed!

    78. -- Hi, Mr. Zhao, please to meet you on campus! So long no see you! How're you doing?

    -- Oh, hello, likewise, yeah, it's quite a while, and it must be close to six months, I guess. Um, everything's pretty good. But busy as usual, Uh.., being a mediocre teacher of English, I have to be hustling and bustling here and there giving lectures to make a little bit more extra bucks to better my family standard of living, you know. And how's everything getting along with you?

    79.-- Uh, are you going to be free after work? We're going to have some people over for dinner in my place this evening. Would you like to join us?

    -- Oh, that'd be very nice, thank you. But sorry, I'm afraid I'm busy tonight.

    -- Some other time maybe?

    -- Sure. Thanks for asking me.

    80. -- Um, Iwas thinking of going to a concert tonight.

    -- Oh, it sounds like a good idea!

    -- Mm, are you doing anything tonight? I was wondering if you'd like to go with me?

    -- Oh, thanks. But tonight's a problem. What about tomorrow night?
