Good morning folks! This is my third day of One article a Day streak. It's fun to come here and update my status and check in.
I did well so far. This morning because I had my update in mind, I got up earlier. I even did my morning exercises before 6 o'clock. It felt good to be an early riser! I stretched and then did two groups of arm pull at 40 repetitions, and three groups of squad at 20 each. This needs to be increased later. My goal is 5 groups of squad. Leg muscles are the biggest in the body. It's more efficient to work on these muscles. Besides, you look good with strong legs and firm butt! I will do more workout later during the day.
As for my writing, I wrote an memoir article on my first marathon race with training preparations and all that last night. Since I only need one article a day to maintain my streak, I don't even need to use this write up to fill up my one a day.
I went to the hospital to see my Dad yesterday. He is doing surprisingly well. I think he recovered from the terrible cold that he had two weeks ago. I pray to God for his health.
By the way, the scene in the picture at the top of this article is our backyard. Enjoy!
