VMware install Ubuntu 16.04 Desk

虚拟机安装 Ubuntu 16.04

• 使用 iso 完成系统安装.

• 删除不需要的App

sudo apt purge -y libreoffice-common unity-webapps-common thunderbird totem rhythmbox simple-scan gnome-mahjongg aisleriot gnome-mines cheese gnome-sudoku transmission-common gnome-orca webbrowser-app deja-dup

• 更新系统

sudo apt update
sudo apt -y upgrade

• 安装驱动

sudo apt install -y open-vm-tools open-vm-tools-desktop

leo@ubuntu sudo apt install -y open-vm-tools open-vm-tools-desktop

• open-vm-tools: 虚拟机核心驱动
• open-vm-tools-desktop: 桌面发行版本驱动

• 启动 piix4_smbus 0000:00:007.3: Host SMBus controller not enabled 报错问题

sudo echo 'blacklist i2c_piix4' >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

• 安装完成点 Restart 无法自动重启的问题

用VMware 菜单栏, 强制重启指令 Ctrl + R 重启系统.
