    NLP的转变

    2.2。解析

    [SEP]

    [CLS]

    对于分类任务,我们必须在[CLS]每个句子的开头添加特殊标记。

    此令牌具有特殊意义。BERT由12个Transformer层组成。每个转换器接收一个令牌嵌入列表,并在输出上产生相同数量的嵌入(当然,特征值也会改变!)。

    您可能会考虑在最终的嵌入中尝试一些合并策略,但这不是必需的。因为BERT被训练为仅使用此[CLS]令牌进行分类,所以我们知道该模型已被激励将分类步骤所需的所有内容编码到单个768值嵌入向量中。已经为我们完成了汇总!

    句子长度与注意面膜

    我们数据集中的句子显然具有不同的长度,那么BERT如何处理呢?

    BERT有两个约束:

    1. 所有句子都必须填充或截断为单个固定长度。
    2. 句子的最大长度为512个令牌。

    使用特殊[PAD]令牌完成填充,该令牌在BERT词汇表中的索引为0处。下图演示了填充到8个令牌的“ MAX_LEN”。

    4.训练我们的分类模型
