周三下午去的市调,人不算多。
从地理位置上,不是自己开车的话不算方便,坐了BRT又转车才到。等地铁通了不知道会不会方便点。现在是还比较不方便。从公交车站出来有休息区。

商场外的布置挺好看,但不算有新意。水幕广场好看,有种星星掉进水里的感觉。

场内的大屏幕,DP点很有特色,蓝色那个屏幕是一个手扶梯上方的。

店面装潢,三个不太了解品牌,第一个的模特是会动的,科技感很强。第二个产品和装潢看起来不错,就是有点不懂为什么这么多气球,看起来没有起到好的效果,更廉价。第三个装潢比较简单,但更有质感,且不容易过时。

耐克店内鞋服,除了AJ以外,许多我们店内也有,可是店面比较大,可以陈列的更多。服务态度上很好,我因为足型不太一样,他们的员工把我可能可以穿的都拿出来了。

UA,阿迪达斯,tr则因为级别和面积差比较大,只拍了外部。阿迪达斯内部装潢与陈列上更好,但供应商不同,也不好类比。

标识,休息区,绿植
落位图上没有品牌划分,只有落位,洗手间的标识具有新意。休息区散落布置,与绿植结合,具有质感。第一个绿植布置觉得是为数不多预算和空间上可以借鉴的。

总结:路程较远。有多家餐饮品牌是目前厦门独有,为其带来了很多人流量。地产公司财大气粗,布置的就是好看。其实宝龙的市调很适合与磐基进行对比,都有大酒店,都与艺术家合作,且都有一些轻奢品牌。唯一不解的就是为什么和W酒店相通的那层,最先看到的是一些平民品牌。
