1. Why saying no is important? Have you had a hard time of turning down someone’s request( for example, you wanted to say no, but what came out of your mouth was yes, and next day you kicked yourself for saying yes) ? Please include a personal story.

Saying no makes things and relationships much simpler. Of course I have. It was when I was a teenager that my metric was trying to be loveable so that rejection didn't exist in my word at all. It sucked, always. But I was the very person the author describes in book. Trying to solve others' problems was my obligation, which I suffer a lot. But after graduation from the university, my work helped me pack confidence and courage up. I usually question myself,"why am I so coward?" Because I was afraid to lose every friends. Gradually the lesson life taught me is that what matters is quality not quantity. When I tried firstly,  rejection gave birth to a new me and a sudden sense of calm,of contentment led a charmed comfort. It's so cool to follow my heart.

2. Why Saint Petersburg was one of the Mark’s favorite trips?

This trip gives him a lesson of freedom and trust.

3. Why commitment gives you freedom?

You can face of the real you and take responsibility in order to learn to trust.

4. How to build trust?

Accept difference and conflict, which sometimes is painful. Take responsibilities for which you are responsible.

Rejection was more difficult for me , fortunately is not now. I'm in the same lucky with the writer who has a reliable life partner. Marriage is an art for sure and hear me out. My husband is regarded as a loyal and honest friend by me. He is always fond of telling the truth that I should change another bigger trousers. To be honest I really want to kick him off. But ok I accept the suggestion standing from my best friend's perspective. After all I don't want to be an ugly woman. I must acknowledge that the process is struggling. Maybe the unhealthy marriage is making up perfectly before your husband getting up. Life is not easy so be ture for both of you and trust each other to achieve it.
