Some problems of Lycium barbarum
1.人参洗净,红枣枸杞洗净,葱白和姜切好待用。
2.土鸡腿清洗干净,放入砂锅焯水,水倒掉;
3.锅里加水,加鸡,放入鲜人参、枸杞、红枣、姜和葱白,炖煮3小时。
4.加盐即可盛盘。
