    Site Features Enhancements

    Seller Center

    Stock allocation▪ Stock info will be broken down as such:

    - Allocated Stock is renamed as Dropshipping stock (Input by seller) or FBL stock, depending on the fulfilment mode of your orders

    - Available Stock is renamed as Sellable Stock

    - Reserved Stock is split into Withholding Stock (Payment in progress) and Occupied Stock (Payment completed)

    - Withholding Stock refers to inventory that has been ordered but no payment made and within withholding period. If payment is overdue, the withheld stock will be automatically released to the sellable inventory.

    - Occupied Stock refers to inventory with payment made, and pending delivery.

    ▪ i.e. Dropshipping – withholding – occupied = sellable stock

    Seller buyer communication▪ Sellers can now handle customer questions in a centralized message center and do filtering by status, category and date range etc.

    Business Advisor▪ Replacing Analytics Portal, Business Advisor will be available on both desktop and mobile app, providing you with real-time data on key metrics to help you take charge of your shop’s performance. From March 24, you can access Business Advisor in Seller Center, where it will replace the Analytics tab.

    ▪ Please note that during this upgrade, there may be a gap between traffic data in Business Advisor and Analytics Portal. This is due to an update in the back-end technology, to allow you to track page views when your customers switch between SKUs on the same product detail page (i.e to a different color or size).

    Promotion tool▪ Enhanced promotion tool is now available. Go to campaign management and join campaigns now! Click here for more info)

    Orders management▪ When you cancel an order due to out of stock, the stock level of your SKU will no longer be automatically set to 0. Please ensure your stock levels are updated accurately.

    ▪ Item History section will include additional status ranging from Order Created to Delivered to Refund Completed status.

    Finance - Order overview▪ Existing column – “Fee” is modified to reflect all fees e.g. payment fee, shipping fee

    ▪ New column – “Other Credits” to reflect all credit components e.g. subsidies, claims

    ▪ For ‘instant refunds’ cases (i.e. customers are refunded without the physical return of items), your sales revenue will no longer be clawed back.

    Shopping SiteMultisource section▪ Personalization is an important factor for search. The display of the first product in any multisource product page is based on personalization logic to ensure relevance to each customer’s profile. This means that product ranking appears differently for each customer.
