The Federal Reserve美联储： 联邦储备系统是美国的中央银行体系

discount rate贴现率 ： 贴现率为一种基本货币政策工具。意指中央银行为商业银行提供贴现票据、融通资金时所收取的贷款利率，作为商业银行向中央银行借贷的成本。也可指用于把未来现金收益折合成现在收益的比率。

interest rate利息

Reserve Banks中央银行，简称央行，是负责国家或地区货币政策的主体机构，通常也是一个经济共同体的唯一货币发行机构。

reserve requirement存款准备金 ： 银行存款准备金比率，指商业银行的初级存款中不能用于放贷的部分的比例。

open market operations公开市场业务是中央银行吞吐基础货币，调节市场流动性的主要货币政策工具，通过中央银行与指定交易商进行有价证券和外汇交易，实现货币政策调控目标。
