As people,we have kinds of fear surely.We maybe feel fear when we walk in underpopulated late at night.Sometimes,we meet something trouble,a feeling of scare and anxiety may rush to mind.
But,before you go back,please you think carefully,who are you?

Meanwhile,There also has a very important piont.Please treat well your fear and look it carefully(仔细地)."We suffer more often imagination than in reality"(折磨我们的往往不是真实,而是想象).我们可以做一个恐惧设定,准备三页纸,第一页:恐惧的事件,预防措施,修复措施。第二页:尝试的好处。第三页:不尝试的后果。(当然,这个方法不是我想出来的,是一位TED演讲者的方法)
Lately,I hope that we all learn from fear and recieve it.All things will be better and better,because we still try and hold on.
