Self-introduction

Thank you for give me an opportunity to be here.

My name is David Chen. I am 36 years old. I graduated from Yangtze University in 2005.My major is applied chemistry.

I worked as a technician in a chemical plant in Zhejiang Province from 2005 to 2007, the company’s product is viscose fibers which used to make clothes, socks and other related products. My job is to confirm and adjust the production parameters, such as the concentration and temperature of raw liquor, equipment pressure, and roller speed and so on.

I came to Guangdong to work in 2008. At first I worked as a PQA in a printed circuit board company from 2008 to 2009, my responsibility is to focus on process quality, such as collect quality data and make reliability and functional test for analysis, and then propose improvement requirements to production and ME department. A year late, I was transferred to the customer service department to deal with customer issue until 2010. 

I entered to Fine Multimedia Solutions Electronics Co., Ltd in 2010, and I got a title as director of QA department. I am responsible for the quality management, such as supplier quality, process quality, outgoing quality and customer quality service, there are five parts in our department, RQC, IQC, PQC, OQC, QA&CS, I formulated quality standards and inspection specifications to ensure the raw materials and our products meet quality requirement. I also established quality process for every project, such as Non-performing product management process, IQC inspection and control process and so on. In addition, we assist R&D to certify new product, cooperate with the purchasing department to audit suppliers. We also spend a lot of energy on quality education, we hold quality meeting once a week to improve quality consciousness of our colleagues. I also deal with quality issue that occur on the client side, I make business trip to analyze and verify the issues reflected by customers, then submit analysis & corrective report to customers, track and confirm the final improvement effect.

I was transferred to business & documentary department in 2016. Documentary gives me more comprehensive understanding of the company operation, it also makes me look at quality management from a higher perspective. The quality management include coordination resource, management in advance, dealing with the crisis and management after the event.
