As Li Kenan’s supervisor, it is my pleasure to recommend him to your university.
It is quite obvious to me that he takes his English teaching career very seriously and is both responsible and meticulous. Every time we prepare for lessons, he comes up with good ideas. For example, he often shares interactive grammar games for the students. Besides this, the presentation he gave on his work last year was far beyond my expectations. He is a frequent communicator with the students’ parents, both on the topics of achievement and behavior, and leads his students in learning vocabulary on a daily basis through an app. During his six months at the Teaching and Research department, he was willing to work overtime to ensure that the examination papers he produced were of the highest quality. Moreover, he has never been late for work.
I have rarely seen anyone as dedicated to learning. Our company offers optional training on subjects such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, Classroom Management and Classroom Games, and Li Kenan is always the first to sign up. He also stood out for being the only one of thirteen teachers in our department to achieve band 4 in TKT Module 2. Aside from this, he was sixth place out of fifty-three teachers who took the English Proficiency Examination. Finally, I am impressed by the great progress he has made respecting his standard British accent and clear pronunciation in the last few months, through his rigorous use of an online pronunciation course.
To conclude, I evaluate Li Kenan as a dedicated, responsible and studious person who is ready to achieve his goals. I am sure he would be a tremendous asset to your program and I highly recommend him to you without reservation.
