昨天跟孩子们讲7BU6Electricity all around一课。看这幅图的时候,我问孩子们:What are they doing?
孩子们说:They are talking。
Yes, they are having a talk/conversation。我趁机介绍了新单词conversation。
讲授课文的时候,我让孩子们概括大意。第二段讲的是Dad and Benny talked about electricity。很多孩子在书上写下了Dad and Benny conversationed about electricity。
当时只是纠正了孩子们的错误,今天走在路上一时好奇,思考起孩子们的思考路径来:
因为:They are having a talk = They are having a conversation。
所以:talk=conversation
所以:They talked=They conversationed
一个完整的数学推理过程。
问题是孩子们忽略了They are having a talk / They are having a conversation这里面talk和conversation是名词;
而They talked里面talk是动词;
talk的名词和动词长得一个样,但conversation不一样。
所以孩子们犯这个错误的原因是老师的错,老师没有将知识讲完整。
该改正的是我,是老师。
