MR(material requisition)

Last month，the MR of air cooler and column internals are issued .
The MR includes general, equipment and material list, specification and standard, scope of work, scope of supply , technical deviation , vendor's deliverable,quality of management requirement, attached list.

General section describes the summary of project.
Specification and standard section lists the code and standard and the order of precedence .
Scope of work is listed in a table.
Scope of supply is also listed in a table.
Technical requirement defines the requirement for the equipment or material.
The attached document includes the deviation list, the clarification list
