I exercise three times a weak and eat vegetables everyday to keep myself healthy. Firstly, exercising three times a weak not only helps me to relax, but also give me a strong body. And I feel that my cardio-pulmonary function is being proved. Secondly, eating vegetables everyday is a balanced diet, which can provide me with enough nutrition.
