If You're Happy and You Know It 的中文名为《幸福拍手歌》。这首歌的曲调来源于 1938 年的苏联音乐电影 《伏尔加-伏尔加》中的插曲。1964 年，日本早稻田大学人间科学部的教授木村利人将其填词改编，《幸福拍手歌》就此诞生。1971 年葡裔作曲家 Joe Raposo 于1971 年将其改编，创作了英文版的歌词。
