开放

最近在读《原则》，其中有一条原则，使我感受颇深，那就是：极度开放。

中国改革开放30年，取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就。改革开放之前，我们闭关锁国，闭门造车，导致落后的局面。落后就要挨打。

大到一个国家，小到一个人，都需要保持开放。最近李笑来在接受采访时被问到，新东方的什么对他的影响最大？他说是新东方开放的环境。新东方有一群开放的人，像俞敏洪，徐小平，王强……

《原则》告诉我们，要保持开放。当你在奋斗的过程中遇到困难、遭遇挫折的时候，你需要保持开放。面对现实，诊断问题，制定计划，采取行动，最终达到你的目标。

失败的人可能有千万种原因，但成功的人总是有很多共同点，保持开放，也许是其中一种。

在007，我认识了很多的人。通过看他们的文章，听他们的分享，我增长了见识。我发现了自己的缺点。我走出了自己的小圈子，来到一个更开放的环境。通过写作，我进行了有效的反思。通过践行，我走出了自己的舒适区。

I have recently read < principles>. There is one principle that makes me feel very deep, that is:Be  extremely open.

After 30 years of reform and opening up,  China has made remarkable achievements. Before the reform and opening up, we  closed the door to the outside world and  created a situation of backwardness.

As big as a country, as small as a person, need to remain open.Recently, Li Xiaolai was asked in an interview,What's its biggest influence on him?He said it was an open environment.Here  are a group of open people, such as  Yu Minhong, Xu Xiaoping, Wang Qiang.

The rule tells us to remain open. When you  are faced with difficulties and setbacks  when you struggle, you need to remain  open. Face the reality, diagnose problems, plan and take actions to achieve your goals.

There may be millions of reasons for failure, but successful people always have a lot in  common and remain open, perhaps one of  them.

In 007, I met a lot of people. By reading their articles and listening to their sharing, I  gained insight. I discovered my own  shortcomings. I went out of my own circle  and came to a more open environment. By writing, I had an effective reflection.  Through practice, I went out of my comfort zone.
