2021 Summary

This is another difficult year, pandemic, materials shortage, labour shortage, factory shut down, vessel space. 

 My small team continue to outperform and show the candid spirit. Despite such difficult situations, we delivered over 70% of the forecast quantity. We launched the HDL, NLP, kickoff NLX, qualified new CM for Boost, Tenpao, SIL, WTT for long term CM strategy and increased production capacity. We involves in every aspect of activities from FRD definition to finding vessel carrier to speed up shipment. 

 Despite this devastating situation, we manage to control the cost increase in single digit percentage when the market is talking about 30-50% increase. 

 The team is again showed their loyalty and committed to success.
